My research is on the economics of climate policy and air quality regulation, with a special emphasis on equity. I am Assistant Professor at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy. I am also affiliated with Georgetown's Earth Commons Institute, Massive Data Institute and Department of Economics. I am Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics Grantham Research Institute, and a Research Affiliate of the CESifo Network.
